ROOTS AND EARLY PROFESSIONAL LIVES

Lloyd and Jan Chinn are native to Texas. Lloyd from Edna, TX, and Jan from Houston, TX.

THE CALL TO GLOBAL MISSIONS

Lloyd was invited on his first short-term mission trip to Ghana during his first year. On that trip, he realized he was called to global missions. The next year, he took the family and 22 other people to Ghana. On that trip, Jan knew they were called to be there. Lloyd and Jan took short mission trips to Ghana annually.

In 2002, Lloyd received his ThM from Dallas Theological Seminary. In June 2023, they were appointed as long-term missionaries with WorldVenture. They arrived in Ghana to live there on January 1, 2005.
